The HRSA EHBs and Evaluation Studies Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement is to provide support for a variety of development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts that enable HRSA to better utilize Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) by integrating new business processes into the EHBs or integrating EHBs with existing HHS systems. This IDIQ also provides customer support, training, and independent validation and verification, and business requirements documentation.
