Alpha Omega Integration, LLC wins a place on the $2.5B U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, One Office of Information Technology (OIT) contract
Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, has been awarded a contract for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ONE Office of Information Technology (OIT) multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with our Joint Venture, 3A LLC. This 10-year multiple-award IDIQ will provide the SEC with integrated IT solutions for their evolving needs. 3A LLC will have the opportunity to provide the SEC OIT with IT services that enable their Divisions and Offices to meet the SEC’s strategic mission and objectives. The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has overall management responsibility for the Commission’s IT program including: Platform Application Management and Development, Business Solution Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Information Security, Data Management, IT Governance, and Technology Business Management.

The EDGAR System electronically receives, processes, and disseminates more than 500,000 financial statements every year.
