Jessica Langlais Named A Finalist for Women in Technology’s Unsung Hero Leadership Award

Women in Technology has named Alpha Omega Integration, LLC (Alpha Omega) Director of Human Resources Jessica Langlais a finalist for the Unsung Hero Award at the 2021 Women in Technology Leadership Awards.

Over the past two years, Ms. Langlais has been critical to improving efficiency and communication within Alpha Omega, helping the team flourish during the pandemic, when many companies have struggled in the face of this adversity. Going far beyond the typical responsibilities of an HR Director, her achievements include modernizing the hiring process so that all positions are now filled in fewer than forty days, creating an intranet with SharePoint to standardize the employee experience and increase ease of access to information, and going above and beyond in leading Alpha Omega’s charitable efforts.

Women in Technology is the premier professional association in the DMV area for the advancement of women in the technology community. Now in their twenty-second year, these annual awards acknowledge and celebrate female professionals leading the way in the technology industry. Winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on May 20, 2021.
