Alpha Omega Integration, LLC Named to The Washington Post Top Workplaces in 2020
Alpha Omega Integration, LLC has been named to prestigious Washington Post Top Workplaces in 2020 in the Midsize Corporation category.
As many companies in the world took a pause during the Covid-19 pandemic, Alpha Omega continued to serve its Federal contracting clients and keep their employees working, by providing time-sensitive initiatives, support and solutions.
The Top Workplaces list is developed by The Washington Post and Philadelphia-based Energage. Comprised of 200 companies in the greater D.C area, the Top Workplaces encompasses a wide range of industries and specialties. Nominations begin in November during the previous year; employees are later surveyed anonymously and then there is a collaborative vote. Considering the challenge and strain of the Corona virus, the 2020 awards have proven to be even more rewarding.
“Our people come first – our employees have become even more important pieces of the puzzle,” said Gautam ljoor, President of Alpha Omega Integration. “Covid-19 has completely changed the way corporations run. We transitioned to teleworking in a 12-hour window, securing the safety of our staff and our obligations and responsibilities to clients. We’ve adapted to new work-from-home environments and employed solutions to make the transition more comforting for our people.” As the world continues to navigate the best way forward, we’re honored to be acknowledged as one of Washington’s best places to work – and by our own staff nonetheless.”
“This will be the first year Alpha Omega has won The Washington Post Top Workplaces and we are proud of this prestigious win. We are focused on staying connected and supporting our staff, as well as finding ways to stay engaged,” said Jessica Langlais, Director of Human Resources for Alpha Omega. “We were lucky enough to be able to continue our work through this crisis, but the important piece was that the people-first culture was already instilled into our corporate identity. The transition to the new normal didn’t affect morale – it simply gave us more opportunities to say thank you to our dedicated employees and continuously show that we care.”
